Membership Subscriptions

Subscription Fees.

Client (Shields Educational Solutions LLC membership subscriber) shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Shields Educational Solutions LLC (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s membership subscription and billing page. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on Shields Educational Solutions LLC’s net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse Shields Educational Solutions LLC upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold Shields Educational Solutions LLC harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

Cancellation Policy.

Client (Shields Educational Solutions LLC membership subscriber) acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their membership subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). The Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their Membership Account and going to the applicable billing page, clicking settings, and choosing the “Cancel Subscription” option under subscription and billing. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Please contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.  


All Shields Educational Solutions LLC subscriptions include a 14-day free trialAfter 14 days, the chosen Membership Plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. Shields Educational Solutions LLC does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.

Live or Webinar Courses

Refund requests for Shields Educational Solutions LLC live webinar workshops must be received in writing or via e-mail to Shields Educational Solutions LLC a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the Live Webinar start date. No refunds will be issued less than two (2) business days prior to the start date.


Shields Educational Solutions LLC’s Return and Refund Policy for Digital and Printed Books


Cancellation Policy for Printed Books. A Client can cancel an order for a printed book for approximately one hour from the time the order. Past one hour, please understand that Shields Educational Solutions LLC cannot provide refunds or cancel orders, and except for the cases expressly described in this return policy (i.e., Shields Educational Solutions LLC agrees to replace your printed book because it arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship), Shields Educational Solutions LLC will not accept returns.


You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

On the off chance your printed book arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship, contact us at Shields Educational Solutions LLC’s Customer Support within 15 calendar days of receipt and we will work with you to secure a replacement copy, if necessary. Please note that each printed book you order from us is individually made by our outsourced print-on-demand professional book-printing partners. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same books and/or across books printed by our different book-printing partners, including, but not limited to, slight variances in color fidelity and binding type. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship and does not qualify for a reprint.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Books

Ebook downloads in PDF or ePub formats are Non-refundable products. Shields Educational Solutions LLCebooks (including PDF books) are not subject to the above Cancellation Policy or the Return Policy for printed books. Shields Educational Solutions LLC does not provide the ability for Clients to cancel orders or obtain refunds for, or to receive replacements of, ebooks (including PDF books).
